How can I book your property?
You can book many of our properties directly through the instant book option on our booking page. There are some properties for which you must send an enquiry and we will respond to you within 24hours with the details on how to book the same.
Where are your properties located?
We have properties spread across all of Goa – North, Central and South Goa.
How can I pay for my booking?
You can pay online through our website. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Alternatively, if you wish to make a bank transfer, kindly email/call us and we will help you do the same.
Why can’t I book some villas instantly?
Some villas are very particular about the profile of guests that visit, therefore we require additional information from guests before we can confirm your booking. These villas have the option of ‘Enquire Now’. Our team will be notified and we will reach out to you and help you complete the booking.
Is breakfast provided at every property?
Some holiday homes provide breakfast. At some villas, you can also hire a chef who will prepare delicious meals upon request. Most of our properties have kitchen units where you can also cook for yourself. To know more about a specific property, kindly read the description or message us about the same.
What is your cancellation policy?
I want to change my dates of the booking. How can I do so?

Can I turn up at the site and then make a payment?
Unfortunately, we do not accept payments upon arrival. You must pay for the booking when you are making the reservation.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments. You can pay via any major debit or credit cards on our website or you can make a bank transfer to our account.
Why do I need to pay a security deposit? How will I get it back?
Some of our luxury properties require a small deposit to be made upon check-in to cover any accidental damages. The deposit will be returned to you if no damages have occurred upon check out.
